1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using StyleChamps ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and StyleChamps.
2. Competition Rules
2.1 Eligibility Requirements
- Participants must be 18 years or older with valid government-issued identification
- Valid identification and bank details required for prize collection
- Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of StyleChamps are not eligible
- Residents of India only (due to legal and payment restrictions)
2.2 Entry Requirements
- Maximum 5 high-quality photos per category submission
- Each photo must be under 5MB in JPEG, PNG, or WebP format
- Photos must be original, recent (within 6 months), and owned by the participant
- No offensive, inappropriate, copyrighted, or AI-generated content allowed
- Photos must clearly show the style/look relevant to the chosen category
2.3 Payment Terms
- Entry fees are non-refundable once payment is successfully processed
- All payments processed securely through Razorpay with industry-standard encryption
- Payment failures or disputes must be reported within 24 hours
3. Voting System
- Scoring Formula: Final scores calculated as 70% professional jury evaluation + 30% public votes
- Voting Limits: Each registered user can vote once per participant per competition
- Fair Play: Vote manipulation, bot usage, or fraudulent activity results in immediate disqualification
- Final Authority: Professional jury decisions are final and binding for all competitions
- Transparency: Voting results and jury feedback available to participants upon request
4. Prizes & Payouts
- Prize Distribution: Prizes awarded exactly as specified for each competition category
- Winner Notification: Winners contacted via registered email within 7 business days of announcement
- Payment Timeline: Prize money transferred within 15 business days after verification
- Tax Compliance: Applicable taxes (TDS) deducted as per Indian Income Tax laws
- Documentation: Winners must provide valid bank details, PAN card, and government ID
- Unclaimed Prizes: Prizes not claimed within 30 days will be forfeited
5. Important Legal Terms
Content Rights & Licensing
- Participants retain full ownership and copyright of their submitted photos
- By submitting, you grant StyleChamps a non-exclusive license to display and promote your photos
- StyleChamps may use winning photos for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes
- Participants must own all rights to submitted content and indemnify StyleChamps against claims
Disqualification Policy
StyleChamps reserves the right to disqualify participants for:
- Violation of any terms and conditions or competition rules
- Fraudulent activity, vote manipulation, or use of automated systems
- Submission of inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted content
- Multiple account creation or impersonation of other users
6. Referral Program
- Commission Structure: Verified partners earn ₹100 per successful paid referral
- Payment Schedule: All commission withdrawals are processed and disbursed within 8 hours of a valid withdrawal request
- Fraud Prevention: Fraudulent referrals result in immediate account suspension and commission forfeiture
- Program Changes: StyleChamps reserves the right to modify commission rates with 30 days notice

Limitation of Liability
StyleChamps is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use. Maximum liability limited to entry fees paid.
